IB&T offers a vast array of component kitting services to meet your requirements. Often times, you'll be dependent on a large number of components acquired from multiple vendor sources. We can assemble all of your components, from multiple vendors, into a single kit.

Our component kitting services include on-demand kit assembly and pre-assembly for on the shelf stock items. It's a single source for all the components used on a single or suite of products; labeled, prepared and delivered ready to meet your demand requirements and production schedules!

IB&T has decades of experience and our innovative Belt Fabrication team members provide creative, custom fabrication solutions to improve your belting productivity. We can do it all - splicing, lagging, lacking, v-belt tracking, edging, numerous cleat designs, polyurethane covers and coatings. Whether you need a simple lace or a complex custom polyurethane mold, we can manage the entire project.

IB&T is located in Louisville, KY minutes away from UPS's WorldPort hub. WorldPort serves all major domestic and international hubs. Since we are only minutes away we get the latest pick-up times, so we don't hit our customers with early expedited freight cut-off times. We make daily deliveries through our local fleet of delivery trucks and with UPS

Conveyor belt installation

Light weight and heavy weight belting installation. Light weight installation includes endless splicing and mechanical fastener installation. Heavy weight installation is available through one of our partners.
